Available in sizes from 20×20 mm to 62×62 mm, these modules deliver up to 68°C temperature differential and up to 525 W heat pumping capacity. Standard catalog items available from stock with 4–6 week lead time. MIL-STD-883 and RoHS compliant variants available.
